Sizing & Products
Some of our duvets and quilts are labelled Single/King Single/Double because, while we’re still growing, we can’t stock every size in every design.
King Single is our most popular size, and this size works well on:
• Single beds — with a King Single inner for extra overhang
• King Single beds
• Double beds — as most King Single and Double duvet inners are the same size
Sheets can still be ordered in their standard sizes, and we always recommend checking our sizing chart before purchasing.

No — all of our items are sold separately. This allows you to mix and match and create your own unique look, rather than being locked into a set.
No — we only offer bottom fitted sheets. This suits the relaxed, effortless look we love, and makes bed-making that little bit easier — especially with little ones, because life is already busy enough!
Our fitted sheets are made from jersey cotton, which is slightly heavier and beautifully soft.
As a growing business, we aren’t able to stock every size in every design just yet. We have to purchase minimum quantities in every size and every design, so sometimes it simply isn’t feasible to stock sizes that are not popular enough.
You can still pair our bedding with a simple plain sheet from another source, and we often find this works beautifully. We are always working toward offering more sizes as we grow.
Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If your order is placed before 2pm on one of these dispatch days, it will usually be sent the same day.

If you are outside of New Zealand and the website says your order cannot be shipped to your address, it is most likely because your order is over the courier weight limit.
In this case, please either:
• Split your order into two evenly sized orders, or
• Send us a screenshot of your cart via the chat box for assistance

Yes — we do. We have built tariffs, duties and customs costs into your pricing, so you should not have anything additional to pay on arrival. You can shop and check out as normal.
Pre-Orders
We usually open pre-orders around 4–6 weeks before the shipment arrives. Please note that pre-order timeframes are always an estimate, and delays can happen that are outside of our control. These may include:
• Missed connecting sailings
• Port disruptions, strikes or congestion
• Holidays or festivals in local countries
• Customs delays
• Storms or weather disruptions
We always do our best to keep you updated with what we know, when we know it.
Once your shipment arrives, our small but mighty team works as quickly as possible to unload, pick, pack and dispatch all orders. We truly appreciate your patience.
Please note: if your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order arrives. If you would like your in-stock items sent straight away, please place a separate order for those.
Re-Stocks
If a design is being restocked, this will usually be noted in bold at the top of the product page description. If there is no mention of a restock, it is likely that the design will not be returning to the website.
