Rural Delivery - If you live at a rural address please select the Rural Delivery option in the Checkout for your item to be delivered without delay. If this option is not selected it may slow down your order processing time.
No Signature Required - All of our parcels will be delivered without a required signature. Please let us know in the notes at checkout if you would like to sign for your parcel, or if there is no safe place to leave you parcel unsigned for.

Rest of World - Orders are sent via DHL Express and targeted to arrive within 4-10 working days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
International buyers are responsible for any additional fees imposed by their destination country (these include duties & taxes that are to incur from local customs). Any US orders over 800 USD will incur local duties, and any CAN orders over 20 CAD will incur local duties.

PRE-ORDERS - If you have ordered multiple products and one or more of the products are pre-ordered, then ALL pieces will be shipped together once the pre-ordered product(s) are available. If you would like your in-stock products to be sent beforehand then you will need to place two separate orders (one for in-stock products and one for pre-ordered products) to cover seperate shipping costs.
Most orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. We don’t ship out on weekends or public holidays, orders placed during this time will be dispatched the next working day.
