- All orders are targeted to arrive from NZ Post within 1-2 working days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
- Rural Delivery – If you live at a rural address, please select the Rural Delivery option at checkout to avoid delays. If not selected, it may slow down processing time.
- No Signature Required – All parcels are delivered without requiring a signature. If you'd like to sign for your parcel or have special delivery instructions, please let us know in the checkout notes.

🇺🇸 U.S. Orders Suspended Until Further Notice
Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, we’re unable to ship orders to the United States at this time. The removal of the de minimis exemption now means all parcels entering the U.S. are subject to new fees and duties (including clearance charges and a minimum 15% duty), which has made shipping unreliable and costly.
We’re working with our couriers to find a solution and hope to reopen U.S. orders as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your understanding ♡

- If your order includes a pre-order item, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order is available.
- Want your in-stock items sooner? Please place two separate orders (one for in-stock and one for pre-orders) to cover separate shipping costs.
