- All orders are targeted to arrive from NZ Post within 1-2 working days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
- Rural Delivery – If you live at a rural address, please select the Rural Delivery option at checkout to avoid delays. If not selected, it may slow down processing time.
- No Signature Required – All parcels are delivered without requiring a signature. If you'd like to sign for your parcel or have special delivery instructions, please let us know in the checkout notes.

🇺🇸 U.S. Orders
With the removal of the de minimis exemption, all parcels entering the U.S. are now subject to additional fees and duties. This includes a US $27 customs and clearance charge, plus a minimum 20.3% duty.

- If your order includes a pre-order item, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order is available.
- Want your in-stock items sooner? Please place two separate orders (one for in-stock and one for pre-orders) to cover separate shipping costs.
