Dispatch Schedule – We pack and dispatch orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed before 2pm on these days will be dispatched the same day.
- All orders are targeted to arrive from NZ Post within 1-2 working days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
- Rural Delivery – If you live at a rural address, please select the Rural Delivery option at checkout to avoid delays. If not selected, it may slow down processing time.
- No Signature Required – All parcels are delivered without requiring a signature. If you'd like to sign for your parcel or have special delivery instructions, please let us know in the checkout notes.

Pickup: We now offer a pickup option for our local customers at checkout! You’ll receive a message from us as soon as your order is ready to collect from:

Collection Times – Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 12pm–2pm (when our showroom is open), after you have received your collection confirmation message from us.

- Economy orders are targeted to arrive via NZ & AUS Post within 3-8 working days, depending on location. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been fulfilled. Please contact us for a more accurate delivery estimate.
- No Signature Required – If you’d like to sign for your parcel, please leave a note at checkout.

- If your order includes a pre-order item, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order is available.
- Want your in-stock items sooner? Please place two separate orders (one for in-stock and one for pre-orders) to cover separate shipping costs.
